16 Questions With Obiex Support Team #CustomerServiceWeek

Customer Service Week is a worldwide celebration of the people who support and serve customers daily. Customer service, support and success are integral to any company, brand, or institution.  However, we tend to forget that there are real people with hopes, dreams, feelings, and emotions behind the customer service departments and teams.

So, for Customer Service Week, we asked Monkey D. Luffy*, Sheila* and Precious* (*not their real names) from the Obiex customer support team 16 random questions to get an insight into how they think, feel, dream, and live.

Monkey D. Luffy: Gongo Aso by 9ice.

Sheila: I have two - Rush by Ayra Starr and Jireh by Elevation Worship & Maverick City Music.

Precious: I don't have one.

Monkey D. Luffy: Read minds.

Sheila: Read minds, please; let me know who wants to kill me and who's after my life😂

Precious: Definitely read minds.

Monkey D. Luffy: Definitely beans

Sheila: Amala, please, nobody should drag me.

Precious: I don’t really know many Nigerian foods, and I really enjoy the ones I know.

Monkey D. Luffy: Jordan Peterson. I'm a huge fan.

Sheila: Tony Elumelu, because he's very intelligent and he's my mentor.

Precious: Elon Musk. He has this drive I can't seem to understand, but I love it and it's daring.

Monkey D. Luffy: Stealing money from the bank. I need money, pls.😂

Sheila: Omo, no crime abeg.😏

Precious: Rob a bank because I don’t want to be a mechanic. I want to be a baller 😩

Monkey D. Luffy: Sleep.

Sheila: I would finally complete my to-do list.

Precious: I'll sleep.

Monkey D. Luffy: A new iPhone

Sheila: I would give my mum a very special treat. She still takes care of my siblings and me even as we're now adults. She's tried so much for the family, and that's why she’ll enjoy the money first.

Precious: I'll get a building for my fashion business and set it up immediately.

Monkey D. Luffy: Coding!

Sheila: International Catering!

Precious: Coding, me sef wan dey collect big money 😩

Monkey D. Luffy: Smartest

Sheila: Both abeg!

Precious: What is funny when you don’t have sense abeg? 😂

Monkey D. Luffy: Start a travel blog. Explore obscure and exotic places, and write about my experiences.

Sheila: Travel and cook all over the world.

Precious: Make clothes and try out new designers from different countries.

Monkey D. Luffy: Anikulapo. The cinematography was top-notch.

Sheila: Dated and Related on Netflix. Or Selina Tested on YouTube because it's very funny 😂

Precious: The Woman King. I recommend it 10/10. The energy was top-notch, and all actors brought their A-game, especially Viola Davis and Thuso Mbedu.

Monkey D. Luffy: No Killing.

Sheila: No police brutality. Do your jobs respectfully without having to treat any citizen in an ill manner or kill them.

Precious: Omo, there are a lot, but the one that I actually would enforce is to end discrimination of any kind.

Monkey D. Luffy: Nothing comes to mind.

Sheila: I haven't received any terrible advice because I rarely ask anybody for advice. If I need advice, I'll ask my sister or best friend; they've never steered me wrong.

Precious: I was advised to do business with someone that ended up being the opposite of the recommendation.

Monkey D. Luffy: 'Find God.'

Sheila: 'Be myself and never change for anything or anyone.'

Precious: 'Leave bank customer service.'

Monkey D. Luffy: 'Here We Go Again'

Sheila: 'The Joker', because I make everything a joke, even when things are serious😂

Precious: If my life were a movie, it’d be called 'The Optimist'. I’m always optimistic about many things, but I play the realist card in a few cases.

Monkey D. Luffy: A puppy😶

Sheila: 🤣even cockroach, I can't fight and win

Precious: I can fight only Rat biko 😂
